You will then measure what you do for one day in as much detail as possible. Filling in a weekly template based on this will allow us to get started.

Based on this information, Own Time will analyse how you spend your time, and be able to tell you how much time you are wasting a day and how it could be better put to use. If this suits you, we can get started.

The Program

Own Time will carefully create a solution for you based on how you like to work, what you can currently improve on and what your goals are.

We will also build in more time for you to relax and do things you enjoy.

Next, we will send you a timetable and a daily planner to help you execute the plan.

From messages, phone calls, online meetings and free online material, we will be able to assist you in completing the daily tasks necessary to reach your goals. 

 We will continue to see how the new routine is coming along, any challenges you are facing and clarifying any areas of your new routine. At any time we can adjust the program and make it easier to focus on aspects that need more attention.

We can also look at further improving current practices and maintaining a focus on the most valuable daily tasks.

Once your goals are met, we can reset and look at more ways to get more done in less time, so you can continuously evolve and have more time for what truly matters to you.
